Aeschynanthus Marmoratus

from £14.00

☀️- Prefers bright, indirect light. Too much direct sunlight can scorch the leaves, while low light may reduce its vibrant patterns.

💧- Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Keep the soil evenly moist in spring and summer, but reduce watering in autumn and winter. Avoid waterlogging.

🌡️- Thrives in temperatures between 18°C to 26°C. Protect from drafts and avoid temperatures below 15°C.

🪴- Repot every 2-3 years in spring using a well-draining potting mix. A hanging pot works well to showcase its cascading growth.

🐾- Pet friendly.

Aeschynanthus Marmoratus features glossy, almond shaped leaves with striking marbled patterns of green and silver. Its cascading growth habit produces long, trailing stems adorned with clusters of tubular flowers that resemble miniature lipsticks, hence its common name. The flowers can range in colour from red and orange to yellow and pink, adding a splash of colour to its lush foliage.
