Shipping

Plants are only dispatched Monday to Wednesday. We don’t want to risk your new plant baby sitting in a transit hub all weekend. During the winter months we will include a free heat pack with your order. Not all plants will need one though.

Prints are posted with Royal Mail, everything else is shipped via Hermes. You will be provided with a tracking number. Delivery takes 2-3 days.

The cost of delivery includes postage and packaging. Prices range from £2 to £6 depending on the weight of the order. Cost will be calculated at the end.

We aim to use environmentally friendly packaging as much as possible. Cardboard boxes, paper void fillers, biodegradable bubble wrap and starch packing peanuts. Paper tape and stickers. Occasionally we will use biodegradable bags to wrap around the pot to contain the soil.

Collect in store

Alternatively, you can pick up items from the shop by selecting the ‘collect in store’ option. You will receive an email to advise when your order is ready. Collecting days are Wednesday to Sunday between 9am-5pm. greenka, (Kanenas coffee shop basement) , 65 The Grove, Ealing, London, W5 5LL

Local Delivery

We also offer a free local delivery service for orders over £50 within a three mile radius of W5 3SS. Please select ‘collect in store’ option and contact us at info@greenka.uk to arrange date and time of delivery. Delivery will be made to the shipping address only.
