Plants                                                                                Every effort is taken to ensure your plant is packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit.  Due to plants fragile and delicate nature there is always the possibility of damage occurring whilst on its way to you. In this instance please email us at info@greenka.uk immediately including photos of the plant. We will rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

We do not accept the return of perishable goods for other reasons.

Everything else (except plants) If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us within 7 days at info@greenka.uk advising us of the issue along with any photos to help us understand the problem. We will work to rectify the problem quickly and shall cover the cost of postage.

If you change your mind, then that’s ok. You need to contact us at info@greenka.uk within 7 days. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all labels and in a resalable condition. Please ensure fragile/breakable items are packaged well. We are unable to refund for damaged items. You are responsible for the cost of sending the items back. It is advisable to obtain a proof of postage. Please return the item with 14 days of receiving the order to:
