Nephrolepis Green Moment | Boston Fern

Boston fern has long and gracefully arching strands of tiny leaves with a ruffled appearance. The leaves are bright green and this plant loves a hanging basket where it can cascade over the side and get the lovely bushy look it’s so well known for. Perfect plant for a bathroom.
Boston Fern is often used to create a calming atmosphere and since it is known to purify the air and regulate humidity, it is one of the most famous ferns.

☀️- Provide Nephrolepis with bright, indirect light. While it can tolerate lower light conditions, optimal growth and lush foliage development occur in well-lit areas. Avoid exposing the plant to direct sunlight, as it may scorch the delicate fronds.

💧-  Keep the soil slightly damp. Water when the surface dries. Do not overwater and use lukewarm, soft water where possible. Cut back during winter.

🌡️- Maintain moderate temperatures between 15-24°C for Nephrolepis. Protect the plant from temperature extremes and drafts, as it prefers a stable and comfortable environment. These ferns prefer higher humidity levels and don't do well in dry air conditions. Do not place it near radiators etc.

🪴- Just go slightly up in pot size when repotting and water a couple of days before. Make sure you have rich potting soil, mixed with some perlite and vermiculite.
