Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for choosing Greenka! We want your plants and parcels to arrive safely and your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and the delivery options.

We ship our plants across most of the UK. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles, or the Channel Islands due to high shipping costs. Orders placed with delivery addresses in these areas will be cancelled and refunded.

Dispatch time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you’ve provided an email or phone number, Evri will also send you delivery updates.
 Please note: tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Shipping costs: Costs will be calculated at checkout.

101g - 299g - £3.50

300g - 1.9kg - £6.95

Weekend orders:
To ensure plants don’t sit in boxes over the weekend, orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Missed Delivery?
If you’re not in when plant delivery is attempted, Evri will leave instructions on how to reschedule or arrange redelivery online.

Local delivery:                                                                                                               Local deliveries are offered to the following postcodes, W3, W4, W5, W7, W13, UB1, UB2, TW8, on Monday’s, Thursday’s and Friday’s. Orders below £75 are charged £5. Above £75 delivery is free.

Collect in Store
Save on delivery costs by collecting your order from our Ealing Broadway shop:

Collection can be made Mon–Sat: 10:00am – 6:00pm, Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm

Orders are typically ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your confirmation email with you.

Packaging
We’re committed to sustainable practices. Our packaging is primarily recycled and biodegradable, using paper tape and bubble wrap. Boxes may sometimes show different branding as we reuse them to reduce waste. Please recycle packaging responsibly, and contact us if you have any questions.
