Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Greenka! By using our website, visiting our shop, attending workshops, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in GBP. While we do our best to keep our product listings up to date, availability and pricing may change without notice due to seasonal stock and supplier changes.

Orders & Payment
Orders are processed securely via Shopify. Payment must be completed before your order is confirmed or dispatched. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Shipping
Please see our Shipping & Deliveries page for full information. We currently ship via Royal Mail, Evri and offer local delivery. Free Click & Collect is also available from our Ealing Broadway store. 

Returns
Due to their living nature, plants are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition. Non-plant items (such as pots and accessories) can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. Full details can be found in our Returns Policy.

Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or factors outside our control. We pack with care to ensure everything arrives in top condition, but please contact us immediately if something isn’t right.
