Returns & Refunds


Live Plants:
Due to their living nature, plants cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and, if approved, process a refund within 7-10 business days. Plants replanted or altered are not eligible for returns.


Non-Plant Items:
For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund. 


Changed your mind?                                                                                                  You may return non-plant products within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition and packaging. You are responsible for the return at your own cost (we recommend using a tracking service), and a 20% restocking fee will apply. This will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and checked by us.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

What cannot be returned/refunded.

  • Live plants (unless we have made an arrangement with you)
  • Perishable or custom items
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Items returned without approval
