Dainty, soft, flurry and pale green fronds on black wiry stems. As she grows the top fronds start to arch over. An absolutely beautiful fern from Brazil that brings tremendous joy to some and awful dread to others. We understand completely! She’s not the easiest to care for, but once you get the lighting and watering right, she is a plant to keep!
Ferns are often used to create a calming atmosphere. They are known to purify air and regulate humidity and often used as a foliage background or to soften darker corners.
☀️ - Prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the delicate fronds. Will tolerate low light but may grow more slowly.
💧 - Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Water when the surface feels slightly dry, and avoid letting the roots dry out completely. Use distilled or rainwater if possible.
🌡️ - Thrives in temperatures between 18°C to 24°C and requires high humidity to prevent browning. Mist regularly or use a humidifier.
🪴 - Repot every 1-2 years or when root-bound. Use a moisture-retentive, well-draining, peat-free mix with added perlite.
🐾 - Pet friendly.
