Peperomia Jellie, is a small, cheerful houseplant with thick, fleshy leaves edged in creamy yellow and soft pink. It comes from tropical parts of Central and South America and grows in a neat, upright form. The colourful foliage and compact shape give it a slightly playful feel, which is why it works so well on shelves, desks, and smaller spaces where you want a bit of colour without it taking over.
☀️- She thrives in bright, indirect light. Good light helps maintain her vibrant variegation, but avoid prolonged direct sunlight as this can scorch the leaves. She can tolerate lower light, though colours may become less pronounced.
💧- Allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Water moderately, ensuring excess water drains freely, and avoid overwatering as her fleshy leaves store moisture.
🌡️- Ideal temperatures are 18–27°C. She prefers a warm, stable environment and should be kept away from cold draughts and temperatures below 15°C.
🪴- Use a well-draining compost, such as a mix with added perlite. Repot when rootbound or outgrowing its pot, typically every 2–3 years.
🐾- Pet friendly.
