Light - Happy in a medium-light condition. Away from the window and strong light.
Water - Water more frequently during warmer months, but avoid keeping the soil wet. Water as the top of the soil starts to dry out but there is still moisture at root level. In winter, allow the soil to dry out a little more between watering. If using tap water it is best to leave it to stand for a couple of hours before using.
Humidity - High humidity requirements. Ideally suited to kitchens and bathrooms where they can take advantage of any steam generated.
Temperature - Needs average to warm conditions 16-25C but will be OK to 10C but will have some staggered growth.
Repotting: Once the roots are visible from the drainage holes, use fast-draining cactus/succulent soil with added perlite and/or peat moss to repot.
Toxicity - Pet friendly.
